Victoria Building – Anatomy/Microbiology Lab Renovation
Complete renovation of an existing laboratory space, including new wood-veneer workstations with resin work surfaces, ancillary cabinetry for storage of microscopes and other teaching aids, new teacher area within the lab, prep area and adjoining offices. MEP work included re-circuiting the entire space for both power and lighting; new plumbing (including gases) to all the workstations, new exhaust for the space, new thermostatic controls for the space, and the installation of an overhead projection system with retractable ceiling mounted screen.

New finishes for the floor, workstations, ceilings, and walls were designed and selected within established University protocols.

Typical Classroom Renovation
Complete renovation of four typical classrooms used for instruction in the School of Nursing. The scope of work included renovation of the power and lighting, integration of the existing mechanical system into the new design, the re-wiring for power, data and telecommunications within the rooms, and the installation of an overhead projection system with retractable ceiling mounted screen.
