Following the completion of a feasibility study, Hayes Design Group Architects designed an expansion and complete renovation of the Thomas Jefferson High School existing stadium facility for the West Jefferson Hills School District. New buildings included a three story 17,000 SF Field House with public toilets, a Concession Stand with ticket booth, and an elevated Press Box. A unique aspect of the project was an 800 foot long by 40 foot high retaining wall to increase the buildable field area for a new artificial turf field and a new, equal quadrant 8-lane all-weather track. The project also included the addition of new parking.
