North Fayette County Municipal Water Treatment Plant

HDG Architects in partnership with Senate Engineering is currently designing a new 60,000 square-foot Water Treatment Facility for the North Fayette County Municipal Authority. The existing facility is over 100 years old and in need of complete replacement. The design for the new water treatment plant is located on the Youghiogheny River and will have capacity for future anticipated demand of 12 million gallons per day (MGD). Currently in the design development phase, HDG is providing architectural services through site planning and 3D visualization to better integrate the design into the hilltop topography and utilize the existing grade of the site.
