HDG Architects New Office

The renovation of a vacant office space at the Ryan Court building in Robinson Township resulted in an innovative work environment, on-trend with today’s changing office spaces. The scope of the work included demolition of an existing 4,800 SF space and construction of a new office layout with spacious open workstations, multiple enclosed offices, conference rooms, kitchen, and a central multipurpose area for receptions, lunches, seminars and informal gatherings. The design focused on the maximization of natural daylighting and views to the outside into the forested building setting. Energy efficiency was also a focus through establishment of multiple heating/cooling zones, use of LED fixtures, and solar shades. Several special audio visual presentation features, such as large screen monitors, were included throughout the space to encourage a collaborative design thinking process. The end result of the work was the creation of a serene environment that better equips the employees to be inspired, creative and relaxed.
