Why The Hayes Design Group?
I was attracted by the public visibility of the firm’s many repeat clients, as well as the clearly stated intention to provide honest, responsible, quality service to clients as well as the community at large. HDG offers staff the opportunity to grow personally and professionally through work experience, as well as through continuing education and mentoring opportunities.

What is your favorite aspect of practicing architecture?
There aren’t many professions that have an impact on people’s daily lives the way architecture does. We have the unique opportunity – and responsibility – to bring our highest and best solutions to projects of any size, not only for our clients and the end users, but also for a building’s neighbors, those who walk or drive by every day, or those who provide service to or in the building.
