HDG Hires New Project Architect, Dwayne Mihalow

Dwayne Mihalow, NCARB, recently joined the Hayes Design Group Architects (HDG) as Project Architect. In this position, Dwayne will direct project development from schematic design through construction documents, develop schedules and work flow, and coordinate bidding and construction activities.
Dwayne is an experienced Architect with over 20 years of experience with higher education, retail, residential, office buildings, mixed use, municipal, manufacturing and light industrial projects. Prior to joining HDG, Dwayne was the Director of Architecture at Kossman Development Company, where he was involved in all aspects of commercial real estate development projects. Prior to that, he was the Founder and Owner of Phase 3 Design Associates, Inc., located in Bridgewater, PA, for over 10 years.

Dwayne has a Bachelor of Architecture from Kent State University, making him the seventh Kent State alumni at HDG. He is registered to practice architecture in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Texas.
HDG currently has 10 registered architects on staff and five associate architects.
