Why the Hayes Design Group Architects? What keeps you here and motivated?
I wanted to work for an architectural firm that aligned with my personal and professional values. The varying types of clients and range of projects that the firm engages in, presents me with unique challenges and opportunities each day.

What is your favorite aspect of practicing architecture?
I enjoy leading project teams through the design and construction process, and working with other professionals to determine design solutions whether it is by renovating existing space, designing an addition to an existing building, or new construction. I enjoy working with clients and the challenge of managing their expectations during the project.
